ECE Takes Over The Management of Further Centers in Turkey




ECE Marketplaces expands its portfolio on the Turkish market  and takes over the management of two more shopping centers: the Palladium Atasehir and the V Metroway in Istanbul. The national company ECE Türkiye is responsible for long-term management, leasing and concept planning for both centers.

Located in Istanbul’s densely populated Atasehir residential and business district, the “Palladium Atasehir” has around 190 shops for national and international brands on a rental area of ​​around 40,000 m², as well as an extensive range of gastronomy and entertainment options with a total of 26 cafés and restaurants, a cinema and numerous services and 2,500 parking spaces.

A comprehensive refurbishment is currently being implemented for the center, which has been in existence for 15 years.

Located in the Istanbul suburb of Basaksehir, the “V Metroway” is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023. The district center in one of the fastest growing districts of Istanbul will have around 80 shops on approx. 20,000 m² of rental space and will be taken over by the management of ECE Türkiye with the opening.
 
With the two newcomers, ECE Marketplaces manages a total of eleven shopping centers in Turkey. Most recently, ECE Türkiye took over the management contract for the V Mall, which is also being built in Istanbul and is located in the immediate vicinity of the V Metroway.

ECE Türkiye has been active in the market for over 22 years and operates and rents out shopping centers with a total rental area of ​​around 600,000 m².
